50% deposit is required within 5 days of making a reservation. Deposits are forfeited if you are a "no show" by 10:00pm on your reservation date, unless notification of late arrival has been made. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 75% refund. Those made less than 30 days will receive 50% refund only if accommodations are re-rented. |
